Klipsch’s T5 wireless buds are now available in South Africa

There was a time when Apple’s Airpods were the only truly mainstream wireless buds, but now pretty much anyone who’s anyone in the tech world has released their answer to the popular buds.

Klipsch, the American company known for its speakers, has brought their T5 True Wireless Earphones to South Africa.

The company says that they used the same advanced acoustic engineering and industrial design from their home theatre speakers to provide the performance and design for the T5 Series earphones.

Housed in a metal Zippo style carrying case which provides up to 24 hours additional charge, the T5 True Wireless have patented oval ear tips for a better fit and seal, as well as the ability to connect to the digital assistant on your phone.

It also has Bluetooth 5 – with aptX and AAC high quality codecs, an IPX4 rating, and the ability to provide an ambient noise mode via the Klipsch Connect App.

Coming in at R3 749.00, these are more expensive than Samsung’s Galaxy Buds or Apple’s Airpods 2, but hopefully the sound quality and fit of the T5 True Wireless make them worth the price.

Available through the Homemation distribution network.
