Samsung wants you to take Note of the next Galaxy

Samsung’s announced its latest Unpacked event for 7 August at 4 PM ET (10 PM SAST) at Barclay’s Center in Brooklyn New York, where they’re expected to unveil the Galaxy Note 10.

The invitation doesn’t give away much of what to expect but it does showcase a sleek S-Pen and a single camera lens. This could refer to the rumours that the Note 10 series will have a single front-facing camera in a centre aligned display cutout, or the company’s patent to include a camera in the popular stylus.

Latest leaks indicate that we’ll see multiple versions of the Note 10, including a Plus variant and a 5G variant, and the possible removal of the 3.5mm headphone jack.

The biggest question is not whether the Note 10 will be unveiled at the Brooklyn event, but whether or not we’ll also be seeing the Galaxy Fold which DJ Koh – Samsung CEO – says he “pushed through before it was ready.” We could also see the missing Galaxy Home speaker which the company announced at the Note 9 launch event in 2018.
